Project Tools is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

Use of those services may be subject to separate agreements with their providers.

As the platform is currently evolving, we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation
• error-free functionality
• permanent feature availability
• data availability in all circumstances

Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All Project Tools branding, platform design, software, and associated materials remain the property of Project Tools unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• redistribute
• commercially exploit

the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Tools shall not be liable for:

• production delays

Use of the Services is at your own risk.
